Prospect to existing Docker users likely to acquire commercial licenses
Identify prospective customers’ needs and challenges
Determine prospects’ interest in Docker
Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
Achieve targets for qualified prospects and new opportunities
Respond to and qualify incoming product inquiries
Create positive prospect and customer touchpoints
Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback
Engage in team development and mentoring
Perform prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, warm handoffs, Salesforce hygiene, and pipeline management
Research target accounts and decision-makers
Reach prospects through cold calls, email, chat, and social media
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Docker products and pitch
Adhere to team KPI metrics and prospecting standards
Improve messaging, processes, and daily activities
Operate independently at full speed after onboarding

What you’ll need

Proficiency in German and English required
1+ years of work experience in a Sales role
Demonstrated track record of success
Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
Willingness to gain a strong understanding of the industry and product use cases/value propositions
High integrity and team-first mentality
Detail-oriented and strong work ethic
4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the country where applying
