  • Prospect to existing Docker users likely to acquire commercial licenses
  • Identify prospective customers’ needs and challenges
  • Determine prospects’ interest in Docker
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
  • Achieve targets for qualified prospects and new opportunities
  • Respond to and qualify incoming Docker product inquiries
  • Create strong first impressions and add value at every customer touchpoint
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback
  • Participate in team development and mentoring
  • Research target accounts and identify territory-specific prospecting strategies
  • Build prospecting lists for target accounts and decision-makers
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, email, chat, and social media
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Docker products and deliver effective pitches
  • Adhere to team KPI metrics and prospecting standards
  • Improve messaging, processes, and daily activities
  • Perform lead qualification, appointment setting, warm handoffs, Salesforce hygiene, and pipeline management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficiency in English
  • German, French, or Spanish is a bonus
  • 1+ years of work experience in a Sales role
  • Demonstrated track record of success
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Willingness to gain a strong understanding of the industry and Docker product use cases/value propositions
  • High integrity and team-first mentality
  • Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where applying
  • Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role
