About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the long-term product strategy with product leadership
Conduct user research, analyze data, and identify user-experience improvements
Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces
Create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces using visual identity, design patterns, and usability principles
Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes, test solutions with users, collect feedback, and iterate
Collaborate with product, development, and multidisciplinary teams
Monitor product performance and propose continuous user-experience optimization
Contribute to modernization of software and conception of digital products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience creating interfaces and digital products
Portfolio demonstrating product design skills
Experience with user research, stakeholder evaluation, UX/UI design, prototyping, and testing
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
Understanding of web and mobile development principles
Understanding and evaluation of flows and bottleneck identification
English level must be provided as part of the application
