About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support planning and execution of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant channels
- Contribute to creation and management of the social media content calendar
- Coordinate timelines, briefs, approvals and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop creative content ideas based on social media trends, audience insights, communication priorities and healthcare topics
- Support production of visual, video and editorial content, including short-form videos, Reels, Stories, carousels and static posts
- Support community management by monitoring comments, questions and interactions
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and external partners
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines, internal processes and legal, privacy and healthcare communication requirements
- Analyse performance data and external benchmarks to derive insights and propose actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in communications, media, marketing or a related creative field, or equivalent practical experience
- Genuine passion for social media, digital culture and content creation
- Strong interest in healthcare, medical topics and Doctolib’s mission
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone of voice to different audiences and platforms
- Good eye for visual communication, design and storytelling
- Comfortable using graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Lovable or similar platforms
- Ability to contribute to video and photo content production
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
- Comfortable using AI tools and adopting an AI-first approach
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Portfolio or examples of creative work would be advantageous
- Experience with short-form video production, filming, editing, lighting or sound recording would be advantageous
