About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the launch of every enterprise partnership from signature to go-live across co-branded deployments, embedded chat, and API integrations

  • Own requirements documents and control scope, routing new partner requests to the deal desk and product
  • Own the technical service level agreement and delivery commitments in statements of work, including before signature
  • Establish and operate the launch playbook: internal kickoff, external kickoff, build, QA, clinical readiness, go-live, and 30-day retrospective
  • Run the handoff from sales and ensure the team has reviewed the statement of work before partner kickoff
  • Partner with the Enterprise Product Lead on bespoke versus platform decisions
  • Increase the share of partner requirements met by existing product each quarter

  • Serve as the escalation path so engineering can focus on building
  • Report to the Chief Business Officer and lead deployment strategists and solutions engineers, growing to three pods
  • Target reducing signature-to-go-live time to under 60 days and improve on-time launch rate
