About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage professional services software delivery for multiple complex enterprise projects throughout the project life cycle, from kick-off through go-live and post-live transition
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with assigned Docupace clients
  • Understand client objectives and collaborate with sales and account management to deliver client success
  • Continuously expand industry and product knowledge and act as a trusted partner and advisor
  • Lead multiple complex enterprise projects
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Business Analysts, Engineers, and QA
  • Maintain accurate project schedules and provide timely project status reports
  • Keep reporting systems updated at least weekly
  • Facilitate project planning, meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and related activities
  • Develop and support estimates for project work, schedules, costs, and resources
  • Build release or project plans and manage resource and deliverable dependencies
  • Identify, secure, and coordinate internal and external resources and expertise
  • Negotiate project resource changes as needed to achieve objectives and timelines
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, targets, expectations, PMO practices, and methodologies
  • Manage project changes to meet prioritized deliverable, time, and cost commitments
  • Manage and report project risks, including mitigation plans
  • Lead discussions to mature Agile project and project management methodologies, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with functional areas throughout the project life cycle
  • Use enterprise project tools to execute projects, deliver status, manage capacity, and manage project budgets
  • Mentor and/or train new or non-senior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Software Implementation/Information Technology experience
  • 5+ years as a Senior Project Manager
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile/Kanban
  • 5+ years of managing multiple complex enterprise project initiatives
  • Project Management experience within Financial Services or Wealth Management Industry preferred
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
  • Experience using monday.com and Jira helpful
  • Strong track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high client satisfaction scores
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels of technical fluency
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Proven delivery track record and project management skills
  • Ability to organize multiple complex projects and lead highly complex and visible initiatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization with aggressive project technology, feature, and schedule goals
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
  • Project budgeting skills
  • Proven written and oral communication skills with technical and non-technical staff and all levels of management
  • Proven team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff
  • Leadership and coaching toward high performance
