About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Unlock data-driven decision making for marketing operations
  • Enable efficient campaign execution, accurate attribution, and scalable growth
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and IT to analyze and optimize demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance processes
  • Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and systems alignment
  • Build dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics, data integrity, and platform visibility
  • Develop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management
  • Collaborate with demand generation and lifecycle teams on lead routing, segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testing
  • Monitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps
  • Own troubleshooting and quality assurance
  • Report directly to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics
  • Expected travel of 10%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates located in the continental United States will be considered
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience
  • 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot (or Account Engagement) for marketing automation, nurture flows, and lead lifecycle tracking
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress for website updates, plugin management, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in WordPress CMS, Salesforce Pardot, GA4, GTM, Unbounce, Ongage, Event Brite, ON24, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Hive
  • Familiarity with tagging, tracking, UTM frameworks, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
  • Experience supporting lead routing and scoring, lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and campaign analytics
  • Strong technical aptitude and project management skills
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into system solutions
  • Clear communication and ability to partner cross-functionally and train others on tool usage
  • Preferred: hands-on proficiency with Salesforce standard and custom objects, reports, dashboards, list views, and reporting schema
  • Preferred: strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling
  • Preferred: experience building or maintaining dashboards in Tableau, QuickSight, or similar BI tools
  • Preferred: experience with prompt engineering Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-driven analysis
  • Preferred: meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation habits
  • Preferred: ability to field requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing day-to-day demands
  • Background check required after a conditional job offer
