About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the analysis, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Retail and Point of Sale (POS) business applications
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, end users and external vendors across international markets
Gather, analyze and document functional requirements related to Retail and POS processes
Analyze and review application processes
Manage and support POS applications and Retail systems, providing second-level support to headquarters and boutique users worldwide
Investigate application issues and operational incidents, coordinating with technical teams and external vendors
Define and execute functional, regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Support release management, go-live and hypercare phases
Participate in Retail and POS implementation projects and international rollouts
Support integrations between POS and ERP, CRM, payment, e-commerce and omnichannel platforms
Monitor external vendors and project activities
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, operational procedures and training materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Engineering, Economics or a related field
2-4 years of experience in Functional Analysis, Application Management or Application Support roles, including requirements gathering and testing activities
Good understanding of Retail business processes, particularly sales, returns, payments, inventory movements and Order-to-Cash flows
Experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting functional requirements
Experience with POS solutions and retail environments is preferred
Exposure to Fashion & Luxury, omnichannel processes, system integrations and international rollouts is considered a plus
Basic knowledge of SQL, preferably in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
Fluent English, both written and spoken
