About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete rotational assignments across different areas of Operations, including Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Continuous Improvement
- Work on high-impact projects across operational functions
- Develop understanding of end-to-end operational processes
- Develop leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Lead projects and collaborate across functions
- Contribute to operational priorities including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity
- Build cross-functional Operations expertise, leadership capabilities, and continuous improvement knowledge
- Participate in a three-year Operations Leadership Development Program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or related Engineering fields; Supply Chain Management; Operations Management; Business; or a related field
- Recent graduate interested in building a long-term career in Operations and leadership
- Advanced English proficiency
- Full geographic mobility within Mexico and willingness to relocate throughout the three-year program
- Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and willingness to take on new challenges
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Leadership experience through university projects, student organizations, extracurricular activities, volunteering, sports, internships, or similar experiences is preferred
- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or continuous improvement environments is a plus
- Must meet comparable export control requirements of Mexico and the United States
