About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute high-volume intake and case processing across multiple channels
- Prepare and submit FNOL details for claim establishment
- Review, organize, and accurately input incoming documentation and attachments
- Identify and resolve missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information using defined workflows and tools
- Support operational workflows by addressing routing issues, intake gaps, and system exceptions
- Maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date data across multiple systems
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting daily performance targets
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient case progression
- Contribute to continuous process improvements as workflows evolve with automation and AI
- Report to a Supervisor, Insurance Claims Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in operations, claims intake, insurance support, or a similar high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily productivity expectations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience in insurance, claims, or risk operations is a plus (but not required)
- Process-driven mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive workflows with consistency
- Adaptability as tools, systems, and workflows evolve with automation
