Key responsibilities & impact

Own day-to-day operations for 15–20 locations in a specific U.S. region
Ensure site processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely
Design, build, and execute process improvement projects
Drive operational efficiencies and improve service quality and reliability
Work cross-functionally with central teams to improve customer experience on every order
Ensure teams have the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve operational goals
Manage site operations through third-party relationships
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Travel up to 40%
Report directly to the Senior Manager, Parcel

What you’ll need

5+ years of leadership experience
Experience managing leaders in an operations-heavy environment
4–6+ years of experience in on-the-ground warehousing or logistics, preferably in the 3PL space
Excellent Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis skills
Familiarity with SQL
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to solve problems from first principles
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing startup environments
Ability to balance day-to-day operational details with strategic planning
Internal candidates must qualify for internal mobility guidelines
