About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Welcome and support new customers
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers
  • Present the application and its features via Google Meet
  • Help customers configure their accounts and get started with the platform
  • Answer questions and reassure users during their first steps with Dougs
  • Identify customers’ specific needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Provide ongoing advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Create and update guides and tutorials
  • Host training webinars
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Work with the Sales team to optimize the onboarding experience and support deal closure
  • Collaborate with Support to resolve technical issues
  • Engage with subject-matter teams on accounting, legal, and payroll matters
  • Share customer feedback with the Product teams to improve the customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional empathy
  • Active listening, teaching, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Patience, organization, and attention to detail
  • Strong written and spoken French
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and a genuine passion for working with people
  • Knowledge of accounting and/or business management is a plus
  • At least a two-year post-secondary qualification in sales or accounting
  • Open to applicants with disabilities
