Requirements

What you’ll need
  • PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or another related discipline
  • Graduation date no later than November 2027
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 preferred
  • Strong adaptability, learning agility, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Broad and deep technical skills in relevant scientific or engineering disciplines
  • Skills in ideation, innovation, and technology integration
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Understanding of business needs and customer focus
  • Must be eligible to comply with federally mandated U.S. export control requirements
  • Possession of a TWIC card or eligibility to obtain one may be required based on final hiring location
  • No more than three years of relevant postdoctoral or full-time work experience after graduation
