Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5, Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class, or Sergeant ranking
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience
  • For U.S. Applicants: ability to work legally in the United States
  • No visa sponsorship/support is available, including for any type of permanent residency (green card) process
  • Strong digital background and understanding of advanced digital portfolio within Manufacturing
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term technology strategies aligned with business objectives, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable technology initiatives and evaluate market opportunities
  • Ability to manage technology and innovation budgets and allocate resources
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in process, technology, and performance
  • Ability to establish and maintain reliable technologies, systems, and processes
  • Ability to coach and mentor others on specialized technical knowledge
  • Ability to make data-based decisions for safe and effective operations
  • Ability to communicate clearly with leadership and peers, influence results, and negotiate conflict
  • Ability to interact with diverse groups, including customers, technicians, and engineers
