About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, then propose appropriate solutions
  • Lead integration projects, including planning, monitoring, quality assurance, and adherence to deadlines
  • Parameterize and configure solutions
  • Conduct testing and support acceptance testing phases
  • Provide occasional functional and technical support for incidents, enhancement requests, and SLA-related matters
  • Support clients and internal teams in adopting and using deployed solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Project Management
  • Initial experience in integration or managing technical projects
  • Application configuration and functional testing experience
  • Knowledge of information systems environments, including databases, APIs, and system integrations
  • Proficiency in scripting and SQL; SQL Server is a plus
  • C# (.NET) development skills
  • Project management experience using agile or traditional methodologies
  • Strong service mindset and customer focus
  • Attention to detail, organization, and team spirit
  • Autonomy and initiative
  • Analytical and documentation skills
