About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and champion the tribe’s product vision, aligned with the company’s strategy
Oversee the delivery, operation, and evolution of products within the scope
Coordinate teams, manage dependencies, and align stakeholders
Support teams in removing obstacles and driving continuous improvement
Manage the tribe’s performance
Develop employees’ skills and promote the growth of expertise
Own the “Customer Communication” domain, encompassing communication services and products (postal mail, email, and SMS)
Manage a scope comprising 5 squads and 35 internal employees

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree or equivalent
At least 8 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of IT architecture principles
Strong command of project management and Agile methodologies
Strong leadership and the ability to unite teams around a common goal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic vision and customer focus
Commitment to rules and confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and adaptability
Ability to collaborate with and support teams
Willingness to travel for business
