About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and champion the tribe’s product vision in alignment with the company’s strategy
- Oversee the delivery, operation, and evolution of products within the scope
- Coordinate teams, manage dependencies, and align stakeholders
- Support teams in removing obstacles and driving continuous improvement
- Oversee the tribe’s performance
- Develop employees’ skills and foster the growth of expertise
- Own the “Customer Communication” domain, encompassing communication services and products delivered by post, email, and SMS
- Manage a scope comprising 5 squads and 35 internal employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of IT architecture principles
- Proficiency in project management and agile methodologies
- Strong leadership and the ability to bring people together
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic vision and customer focus
- Commitment to compliance and confidentiality
