About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Executive Management and business functions in their strategic thinking and transformation projects
- Lead organizational diagnostics and analyze the impact of strategic developments on structures and operating models
- Develop concrete recommendations for organizational evolution
- Implement the process management approach: mapping, gap analysis, optimization, and identification of operational efficiency levers
- Analyze operational initiatives aimed at improving the company’s performance
- Contribute to the digitalization and automation roadmaps for business processes
- Support teams through organizational and tool-related changes and promote best practices
- Ensure the operational coordination of the Company Project
- Monitor the key indicators of the Medium-Term Plan (MTP) and progress on strategic initiatives
- Maintain and facilitate dashboards and reporting for Executive Management
- Contribute to the preparation of governance materials (committees and steering bodies)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (equivalent to a French Bac+5) in management, business, communications, or administration
- Ideally, specialization in financial services or consulting
- 7 to 10 years of experience in similar roles (organizational transformation, strategic project management, consulting firm, etc.)
- Familiarity with large-account environments or financial groups would be an advantage
- Digital mindset and strong interest in digital tools would be a significant asset
- Strong command of organizational diagnostics and structural analysis
- Expertise in process mapping, analysis, and optimization
- Proven change management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
- Autonomy, pragmatism, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Rigor, analytical thinking, and strong synthesis skills
- Excellent written communication skills
