About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Visually analyze and label complex blueprint-style documentation and models of customer sites
Perform complex analysis of customer projects
Understand results of the Doxel engineering team’s analytics output
Compare analytics with construction industry standards
Analyze customer project schedules to classify activities for internal tracking operations, critical path, and float for system reporting
Create detailed zone plans matching schedule organization and coordinate with the VDC team for zone creation
Analyze and verify product data generated for customer reports from scan data compared to a 3D model using proprietary techniques
Maintain ongoing communication using Slack and Jira
Conduct direct phone calls and conference calls over Zoom
Deliver high-confidence QC outputs that reduce rework and prevent downstream issues
Produce specific, actionable defect notes
Provide accurate exhibits, slides, and summaries
Serve as an internal SME on schedule structure and sequencing

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years experience in construction scheduling, project engineering, project controls, or field coordination
Bachelor degree or greater in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent field experience
Experience working on data center, hospital, complex manufacturing, biopharmaceutical, or similar projects
Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and drive closure on open items
Must be fluent in English
3+ years of experience in the construction industry creating and managing project budgets (preferred)
3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry (preferred)
Experience with Synchro scheduling software (preferred)
Experience with construction project estimating and cost management (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (preferred)
