About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and plan twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits, including planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution
- Manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, including booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, and lead capture
- Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences
- Produce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive sessions for clinicians
- Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines
- Set event goals and measure attendance, engagement, and outcomes to improve future programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience owning complex, high-touch events from concept through execution, ideally including executive gatherings, advisory boards, or summits
- Experience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders
- Ability to work with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, and vendors
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or professional communities is a plus
