About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect via phone, email, and social media into hospitals, health systems, and medical groups
  • Drive new Hospital Solutions opportunities with existing customers and new prospects
  • Partner with Hospital Solutions Sales Team members to create territory plans and land-and-expand strategies
  • Become a subject matter expert on Doximity Hospital Solutions and articulate its value to physician and APP marketing stakeholders
  • Qualify inbound interest and outbound-sourced opportunities
  • Identify marketing partnership opportunities and map them to Hospital Solutions offerings
  • Schedule and set discovery calls and product demos for the Hospital Solutions sales team
  • Ensure smooth handoffs and clear documentation in Salesforce
  • Use Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn, and internal product usage signals to prioritize outreach and manage prospecting
  • Manage daily activity and funnel metrics, including calls, emails, social touches, meetings set, and opportunities created
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generated

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 year of prior relevant experience required (sales development, business development, or similar client-facing role)
  • Integrity, coachability, and a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate Doximity Hospital Solutions’s value proposition to marketing teams, service line leaders, physicians, and executives
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage a high volume of accounts, contacts, and touchpoints across the territory
  • Experience and success with cold-calling and outbound prospecting
  • Understanding of working against a quota
  • Growth mindset and desire to develop professionally and advance into a full-cycle sales role
  • Familiarity with healthcare, physician/APP marketing, or SaaS sales is a plus but not required
