About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the performance and growth of international Amazon marketplaces
- Develop strategies to increase sales, improve conversion, attract customers, and strengthen loyalty
- Track revenue, profitability, advertising performance, inventory health, and customer experience metrics
- Create forecasts and partner with Supply Chain and Operations on product availability
- Manage Amazon agency partnerships, priorities, recommendations, and execution
- Optimize product assortment, bundles, pack sizes, listings, catalog performance, and product content
- Partner with Creative and Content teams on product pages, images, videos, and brand content
- Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain on inventory, replenishment, and international logistics
- Plan and execute marketplace product launches, promotions, retail events, and advertising support
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, reviews, competitors, and marketplace trends
- Maintain Amazon policy, marketplace, and regional regulatory compliance
- Resolve account health, catalog, pricing, and unauthorized seller issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver marketplace initiatives and shared business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Any combination of education and work experience equivalent to the stated minimum requirements qualifies for consideration
- Experience managing international Amazon marketplaces, ecommerce strategy, analytics, sales, profitability, advertising, inventory, and customer experience is implied by the role responsibilities
- Ability to travel to Headquarters in Vista, CA as needed
- Knowledge of Amazon policies, marketplace requirements, and regional regulations
- Ability to address labeling, regulatory, tax, and documentation requirements
- Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Content, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Experience, Sales, and external partners
