About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement generic injectable product strategies
  • Manage assigned in-line products and new product launches
  • Develop volume and financial product forecasts for new products
  • Coordinate new product prioritization, filing, pre-launch, and launch activities
  • Monitor the filing-to-launch process and participate in key pre-launch meetings
  • Lead commercial launch strategies, including pricing and customer offers, with the Sales team
  • Review product pricing against market pricing and recent price changes
  • Adjust pricing grids and specific product prices as required
  • Collaborate with relevant groups to review and agree on new pricing
  • Develop financial forecasts for the assigned product portfolio for annual budgets and quarterly estimates
  • Monitor product performance against budget and estimates, analyze variances, and drive performance
  • Analyze external environment, market trends, and customer behavior to guide demand planning and supply planning
  • Develop product promotion strategies and plans
  • Partner with Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Market Research, and other cross-functional teams
  • Report to the Head Marketing, Specialty Injectables

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Major
  • 5-7 years of generic pharmaceutical marketing experience in product management
  • Generic injectable experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of customer and competitor behavior, promotion process, product management, and pricing
  • Leadership, sound decision making, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication, financial, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of secondary market research, such as IQVIA and Symphony
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and dashboards
  • Experience in generic injectables, hospital, IDN, specialty clinic, GPO, distributor, or 340B channels
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical product launches, pricing decisions, market access dynamics, and commercial forecasting
  • Experience using syndicated market data sources such as IQVIA or Symphony
  • Comfort working with dashboards, AI-enabled tools, and large commercial datasets
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship, now or in the future
