About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage monthly invoicing activities, including validating invoice data, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring processes are followed accurately
  • Maintain invoicing procedures and help ensure consistent execution across the team
  • Create monthly client metric reporting for the Client Services team
  • Analyze data and provide reporting or insights to support other teams across the organization
  • Lead and review invoicing and data-quality work completed by Billing Specialists
  • Work closely with Finance, Data Integrity, and Data Analytics to resolve issues and support accurate client billing and reporting
  • Develop an understanding of system usage and recurring issues to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Participate in invoicing-related application testing and special projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2+ years of general administrative experience
  • Accounting, billing, or similar experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify trends, connect information, and clearly summarize findings
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data
  • Excellent organization, planning, prioritization, and follow-through
  • Experience within hospice, DME, pharmacy, managed care, or another healthcare environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, healthcare, or a related area is preferred
