About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run functional and regression tests on completed campaign builds
  • Verify message timing, sequencing, content, call routing, audio playback, and digit-press behavior
  • Test performance across different carriers, devices, and time zones
  • Own QC cases from intake through fully tested and documented closure
  • Prioritize cases based on urgency, launch dates, and complexity
  • Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly
  • Coordinate with the Build team on campaign rework
  • Work with Product Engineering on underlying system issues
  • Translate technical findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Document test cases and results in a test management platform
  • Maintain a defect-results dashboard and track recurring problem areas
  • Deliver regular reports to leadership on findings, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Manage the QC queue and ensure cases do not stall or remain untested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with a test management platform to document test cases, execute test suites, and track results
  • Strong queue management skills, including prioritizing QC cases by urgency and launch date
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and trends across defects
  • Ability to document defects clearly enough for reproduction and resolution
  • Ability to communicate technical findings in plain language to non-technical partners
  • Technical understanding of system behavior and real-world testing conditions
  • Ability to work with internal testing and configuration tools, test management platforms, and ticketing systems
  • Resume and a brief cover-letter summary required when applying
