About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Create and optimize customer engagement journeys for different stages of the customer lifecycle
- Configure segmentation, journeys, and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop retention, repurchase, loyalty, and reactivation initiatives
- Analyze customer base behavior to personalize audiences, messaging, and touchpoints
- Monitor CRM metrics and recommend improvements based on results
- Conduct A/B tests involving content, audience, channel, offer, and frequency
- Support the quality and organization of data used in campaigns
- Collaborate with data and technology teams to integrate information and improve workflows
- Prepare briefs and partner with content, design, and other Growth teams
- Track trends, tools, and best practices in CRM and customer engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with CRM campaigns, segmentation, customer journeys, and automations
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle, retention, and engagement strategies
- Ability to analyze data and turn results into actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of key CRM and conversion metrics
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with personalization and A/B testing
- Knowledge of metrics such as repurchase rate, retention, churn, and lifetime value
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, or data analysis tools
- Familiarity with database integration, cleansing, and validation
- Previous experience in retail, healthcare, pharmacies, or e-commerce
