About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive information and cyber security awareness
- Deliver security awareness training, including phishing training
- Facilitate cyber scenario desktop simulations across central and manufacturing site teams
- Review, manage and prepare responses to internal and external customer enquiries about information and cyber security arrangements
- Support IT, procurement, legal, data protection, digital security and business stakeholders with supplier information and cyber security due diligence and requirements
- Lead risk-based third-party security assurance, management and continuous improvement activities
- Facilitate and coordinate IT risk management risk registers, tools, processes, reporting and reviews
- Manage assigned ISO 27001-related documentation and control activities
- Engage with IT and business stakeholders on risk management, security awareness, customer security questionnaires and supplier security reviews
- Manage and continuously improve I&T and Security risk processes in accordance with company risk appetite and tolerance
- Engage in risk review and assurance activities across existing suppliers
- Advise IT and business stakeholders on security standards and regulations including ISO27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, NISD and NIS2
- Engage with I&T system owners to provide information security, cyber resilience, phishing and cyber simulation training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Working knowledge of technology and security standards, controls and consequences across both IT and manufacturing environments in manufacturing or similar industries
- Experience working with information security standards and frameworks and regulations such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, NISD and NIS2
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, planning, project delivery and supplier work packages management skills
- Demonstrable experience engaging across all levels of a company in relation to information and cyber security risks
- Working towards or achieved professional certifications such as ISO27001 Lead, ISC2, CISM or CRISC advantageous
