About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cover for absent permanent reception staff to ensure continuity of service for various clients
- Manage a standard reception desk
- Screen and route calls, and take messages
- Screen, register, and announce visitors
- Collect, verify, register, and program access badges
- Manage mail and packages
- Sort, frank, and track outgoing mail
- Distribute incoming mail
- Provide administrative support
- Manage internal movements and orders
- Book travel, hotels, and vehicles

Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in an IT environment

- Category B driving licence and personal means of transportation required
