About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage DSI’s network of employment partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with France Travail, Cap emploi, local employment missions, training organizations, associations, and local partners
  • Present DSI, its roles, and its opportunities to develop suitable candidate pools
  • Identify new partners and propose sourcing or candidate-referral initiatives
  • Represent DSI at career fairs, job dating events, and employment-related events
  • Gather and understand managers’ hiring needs
  • Write and publish job advertisements
  • Conduct additional sourcing through job boards and social media
  • Shortlist applications, conduct HR interviews, and follow up with candidates
  • Update recruitment tools and dashboards
  • Monitor the effectiveness of sourcing channels and partnerships to guide recruitment-sourcing activities
  • Report to the HR Director and work closely with the local HR Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in recruitment, employer relations, employment services, or professional integration, including hands-on recruitment experience
  • Comfortable reaching out to new contacts, presenting requirements, following up, and building long-term relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and excellent written and verbal communication
  • At least a two-year higher-education qualification in human resources, recruitment, or an equivalent field
  • Familiarity with Flatchr is a plus and can be acquired after joining
  • Knowledge of local employment and professional-integration stakeholders is a plus
  • Experience recruiting people with disabilities or for industrial/logistics roles is a plus
  • Working hours: 17.5 hours per week
  • Regular travel within Nantes and Saint-Nazaire
