About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather and analyze recruitment needs from managers across logistics, engineering, and other business areas
  • Format and publish job advertisements across various channels
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), and internal talent pools
  • Screen applications and prepare written summaries of HR interviews
  • Manage candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment process
  • Participate in recruitment events (job fairs, career fairs, recruitment events, etc.)
  • Prepare and update activity tracking dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with the company's recruitment policy
  • Actively contribute to the entire recruitment process under the supervision of the HR Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Minimum two-year post-secondary qualification in Human Resources
  • Successful initial experience in recruitment
  • Commitment to supporting the employment inclusion of people with disabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Flatchr is a plus
  • Where qualifications are equal, priority will be given to job seekers holding official recognition of worker disability status (RQTH)
