About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle, disinfect, and clean parts according to SOPs
Report faulty or damaged items to the supervisor
Properly dispose of waste chemicals and materials within safety regulations
Perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, lifting, pushing/pulling, reaching, scrubbing, standing, and walking
Maintain floors daily, free of dirt, debris, obstacles, and trip/slip hazards
Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
Conduct daily pre-operating inspections and perform minor equipment maintenance
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist in warehouse security
Execute safety protocols and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
English (reading, writing, verbal)
Must be able to read and comprehend written procedures and instructions
Physical ability to lift (50lbs), bend and reach
Knowledge of methods for handling materials and equipment used in housekeeping duties
Knowledge of safe practices when operating power equipment or tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to accomplish job tasks promptly
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance
Must wear proper protective gear, including a full hazmat suit and full-face respirator
Must comply with SOPs, corporate and site-specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards
