About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Daily and weekly reporting using Excel and DSV WMS
- Ownership of the shared mailbox for the team and support task planning
- Analysis of customer data such as storage, skus, qtys etc
- First line support for customers and DSV to ensure that all issues are proactively handled.
- Support colleagues within all departments in providing an enhanced service to customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication skills
- Proven organisation skills and effective time management
- Meticulous attention to detail
- IT Literate in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
- Problem solving
- Understanding of CargoWrite is desired, however training can be given.
- Successful candidates will undergo necessary right-to-work checks.
- Certain sites require 5-years’ worth of referencing and criminal record checks.
