About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support operational Air & Sea teams with the financial processing of air freight shipments
- Process and check invoices and shipment files according to customer agreements
- Check amounts, rates, cost items and other information and identify discrepancies
- Investigate and correct errors
- Resolve outstanding invoices with colleagues in the Netherlands and abroad
- Set priorities during the monthly peak
- Ensure all administrative work is processed correctly and on time
- Maintain reliable financial records and up-to-date administration for international high-tech customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Secondary vocational education (mbo) level of working and thinking, preferably combined with an administrative qualification or experience in a similar position
- Strong numerical skills
- Attention to detail
- Enjoyment of structured and recurring administrative work
- Accurate approach
- Ability to maintain an overview and keep up the pace with the team during busy month-end periods
- Availability for 40 hours per week at the Hapert location
- Good command of Dutch
- Sufficient English skills to work within an international organisation
