About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and configure WMS solutions to meet operational and customer requirements
- Translate business requirements into effective system solutions
- Configure and support CargoWrite WMS and Blue Yonder Dispatcher platforms
- Support system integrations, automation projects, and technology enhancements
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and go-live support activities
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, Project Managers, and customers to deliver successful outcomes
- Assess system changes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintain solution documentation and ensure system performance standards are met
- Support the design, configuration, and implementation of WMS solutions across Australia and New Zealand
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an Application Engineer, Systems Analyst, WMS Consultant, or similar role
- Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, ideally Blue Yonder Dispatcher
- Knowledge of SQL, system integrations, and warehouse automation technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
