About the role

Review and manage outstanding receivables in customer accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent written and spoken German skills
Good written and spoken French and English skills
Commercial or legal training
Very good knowledge of IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the internet
Experience in dunning and collections is an advantage but not required
Independent and structured approach to work
Flexibility, proactivity, and strong communication skills for customer interaction
