Key responsibilities & impact

Uncover trends and correlations to improve operational decisions
Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models to improve customer experience and meet goals
Collaborate across the organization to develop functional best practices and advocate for enterprise-wide tool improvements
Design, develop, and maintain performance metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards
Apply best practices for data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
Work with management on important issues and projects
Assess and document business procedures and develop recommendations, implementation plans, schedules, and management reports
Maintain recordkeeping databases and produce reports
Review reports and recommend productivity and efficiency improvements
Research and analyze comparable organizations and operations
Support strategic client business reviews by developing and presenting materials on DSV performance and value creation
Analyze business cases and data to identify cost-saving initiatives and develop client case studies
Develop client relationship management skills through implementation support, AQP meetings, Deep Dives, and Business Reviews
Design, develop, and implement IT solutions across functions
Analyze and document client requirements and develop and implement standardized best-practice IT solutions
Perform other assigned duties and work mandatory or voluntary overtime as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
2 years’ experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations preferred, with emphasis in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business or Sales and Marketing
Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Windows, or Visio
MS Office (Access, Excel, pivot tables) expertise
English reading, writing, and verbal skills
Ability to handle basic statistical control methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and across multiple company units
Ability to lift/carry and push/pull 21–50 pounds
Ability to bend, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel
