About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather customer insights, mine data, make recommendations, and support senior leaders’ business decisions
  • Uncover trends and correlations to improve operational decisions
  • Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models to understand customer interactions and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate across the organization to develop functional best practices and advocate for enterprise-wide tool improvements
  • Design, develop, and maintain performance metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
  • Work with management on important issues and projects
  • Assess and document existing business procedures
  • Develop recommendations, implementation plans, schedules, and written reports for management
  • Maintain recordkeeping databases and produce reports
  • Review reports and recommend productivity and efficiency improvements
  • Research and analyze comparable organizations and operations
  • Support strategic client business reviews by developing and presenting performance and value-creation materials
  • Analyze business cases and data to identify cost-saving initiatives and develop client case studies
  • Develop client relationship management skills through implementation support, AQP meetings, Deep Dives, and Business Reviews
  • Design, develop, and implement IT solutions across functions
  • Analyze and document client requirements and develop and implement standardized best-practice IT solutions
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 years’ experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations preferred, with emphasis in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business, or Sales and Marketing
  • Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures during warmer and colder months
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Excel pivot tables and formulas, Windows, or Visio
  • Expertise in MS Office, Access, Excel, and pivot tables
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • English reading, writing, and verbal skills
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate and motivate self and others
  • Ability to communicate with individuals throughout all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and across multiple company units
  • Ability to handle basic statistical control methods
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to implement and validate corrective and preventative actions
  • Understanding of the company’s business strategy, vision, operations, and regional working relationships
  • Ability to understand client-specific strategic objectives
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, sit, handle/finger, reach, squat, or kneel, and lift/carry/push/pull 21–50 pounds
  • Willingness to work overtime as required by the business
