About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate operational insights to guide strategy and day-to-day execution
- Gather customer insights, mine data, make recommendations, and support senior business decisions
- Uncover trends and correlations to improve operational decisions
- Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models to improve customer experience and meet goals
- Collaborate across the organization to develop functional best practices and advocate for enterprise-wide tool improvements
- Design, develop, and maintain performance metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity through test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
- Work with management on important issues and projects
- Assess and document business procedures and develop recommendations, implementation plans, schedules, and management reports
- Maintain recordkeeping databases and produce reports
- Review reports and recommend productivity and efficiency improvements
- Research and analyze comparable organizations and operations
- Support strategic-client business reviews by developing and presenting materials showing DSV’s performance and value creation
- Analyze business cases and data to identify cost-saving initiatives and develop client-facing case studies
- Develop client relationship management skills through implementation support, AQP meetings, Deep Dives, and Business Reviews
- Design, develop, and implement IT solutions across functions
- Analyze and document client requirements and develop and implement standardized best-practice IT solutions
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years’ experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Excel, pivot tables, formulas, Windows, Visio, and Access
- Ability to handle basic statistical control methods
- English reading, writing, and verbal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize
- Attention to detail and passion for processes and systems
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to implement and validate corrective and preventative actions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a matrix environment across multiple company units
- Understanding of the company’s business strategy, vision, and operations
- Ability to understand client-specific strategic objectives
- Willingness to take personal responsibility, adhere to standards, and work well under pressure

Comp & perks- Base pay range of $62,400.00–$78,000.00 annually
