About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute solution-related Finance business tasks during project preparation, exploration, realization, and deployment phases under the direction of the FBCM Lead
Support requirement clarification and GAP handling by preparing business input, documenting gaps, supporting business decisions, and aligning with template principles
Define and execute business test scope, including preparing test scenarios, coordinating test execution, logging defects, retesting, and validating solutions
Execute and support business cut-over activities, including cut-over plans, readiness checks, and execution support
Support data migration through migrated-data validation, reconciliation, and sign-off support
Support defect and issue resolution during testing and hyper-care by clarifying business impact, validating fixes, and supporting closure
Prepare and maintain solution documentation, including requirement logs, GAP descriptions, test evidence, migration validation, and readiness checklists
Report solution execution progress, risks, and dependencies to the FBCM Lead
Validate SAP solution design against business needs and support dialogue with IT and GPOs
Contribute to controlled transition into operations through cut-over and hyper-care support

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years in a similar position
Good experience in executing solution-focused Finance BCM activities within SAP implementations, including requirements and GAP handling, test scope definition and execution, business cut-over, data migration, and defect resolution
Hands-on experience supporting Finance business solution execution across SAP project phases
Solid understanding of SAP Finance and related integration points, preferably within FI and CO, with basic exposure to MM, SD, and master data concepts
Experience working with SAP as a business user and/or exposure to SAP configuration and solution concepts
Finance educational background or operational finance experience is preferred
Experience contributing to SAP rollout or deployment activities
Working knowledge of SAP Activate or similar delivery methodology
Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented execution mode with disciplined documentation, follow-up, and issue resolution
