About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update the MDG system for involved businesses
- Assist with monthly billing
- Follow up with the Manager to ensure business is carried out according to DSV standards and policies
- Support contract processes with customers and suppliers
- Support procurement by sourcing vendors
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly operating data reports
- Complete specific tasks assigned by the Manager
- Provide timely and efficient email responses
- Handle daily work under pressure and respond to emergencies
- Cooperate with the warehouse operations team on KPI management
- Promote positive team spirit
- Support the operations team in coordinating with head office
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of 3PL and freight forwarding industries
- Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Outstanding Mandarin
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred
- Industry training, management training, and communication training
- More than 4 years of related experience; experience in 3PL preferred
- Patient, efficient, and responsible
- Communication competency at L4
- Customer Service competency at L4
- Team Work competency at L3
- People Management competency at L3
- Problem Solving competency at L3
