About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve individual sales targets through proactive business development within the existing customer portfolio
- Offer prospective clients logistics solutions tailored to their specific needs
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing customers
- Organize and lead dedicated sales and project teams supporting specific sales and/or business development initiatives
- Sell product and commercial initiatives, including pricing updates and changes to tariff structures
- Co-responsibility for and active involvement in tender management processes
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into IT systems and maintain customer documentation
- Share knowledge, experience, and best practices to develop effective team solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the TSL (Transport, Spedition, Logistics), sales, or customer relationship management sector
- Category B driving licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to identify and assess customer needs
- Goal-oriented team player mindset
- Good command of English, enabling effective business communication both spoken and written
