About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate end-to-end shipment movements, ensuring freight is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time
  • Monitor shipment milestones, proactively manage exceptions, and resolve operational issues
  • Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to provide updates, resolve queries, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the Control Tower team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or supply chain operations
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
  • A solid understanding of QHSE standards, compliance requirements, and safe work practices
  • General WHS awareness and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  • Experience working with high-value, high-tech, or sensitive commodities will be highly regarded
