  • Ability to perform physical stock checks and use system tools to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Ability to assist with inventory management and correct inventory records
  • Adherence to safety policies and guidelines
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes and inventory
  • Ability to communicate order status, delivery information, and issue resolution to customers
  • Ability to use designated vehicles to deliver products to customers as needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse departments
  • Availability for the 1st shift schedule, 5:00am–1:30pm
