About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organizing and planning trade fair shipments
- Managing projects by road, air, and sea freight
- Preparing quotations, calculating prices, and independently invoicing orders
- Supporting the team with sales campaigns and marketing activities
- Monitoring the market and acquiring new customers
- Assisting and advising customers by telephone, email, or in person at domestic and international trade fairs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK) or an equivalent qualification
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Enjoyment of teamwork combined with an independent working style
- Confident manner and excellent communication skills
- Structured approach to work and enthusiasm for new challenges
- Willingness to travel and a Category B driver's license
