About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and process customs declarations, Intrastat filings, and related documentation accurately and within required timelines
  • Obtain, verify, and maintain necessary customs and tax information and documentation
  • Respond to inquiries from DSV branches and customers, providing timely operational support
  • Ensure proper documentation, data entry, archiving, and compliance with applicable procedures and regulations
  • Identify and report operational issues and support their resolution
  • Participate in process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members and share knowledge with colleagues
  • Participate in team and operational meetings and contribute to achieving team objectives
  • Ensure compliance with DSV policies, procedures, quality standards, and applicable legal requirements
  • Promote a collaborative and professional working environment aligned with DSV Values

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education preferred (faculties: Customs, Transport, Logistics, Law, Administration or related)
  • Knowledge of the English language at min. B2 level
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work under time pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively in an international environment
  • Ability to analyze and present data
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and share knowledge with team members
  • Preferably at least one year of experience in the subject area (logistics and customs)
