About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and process customs declarations, Intrastat filings, and related documentation accurately and within required timelines.
- Obtain, verify, and maintain the necessary customs and tax information and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries from DSV branches and customers, providing timely operational support.
- Ensure proper documentation, data entry, archiving, and compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.
- Identify and report operational issues and support their resolution.
- Participate in process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Participate in team and operational meetings and contribute to achieving team objectives.
- Ensure compliance with DSV policies, procedures, quality standards, and applicable legal requirements.
- Promote a collaborative and professional working environment aligned with DSV Values.
- Support fiscal representation-related financial settlements within DSV's GBS.
- Act as a point of contact for DSV branches and internal customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education preferred (faculties: Customs, Transport, Logistics, Law, Administration or related).
- Knowledge of the English language at min. B2 level.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under time pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Ability to analyze and present data.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and share knowledge with team members.
- Preferably at least one year of experience in the subject area (logistics and customs).
