About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze operational data to monitor performance against KPIs and service goals
  • Prepare and present recurring operational reports for the customer
  • Maintain a deep understanding of warehouse operational flow to provide accurate status updates
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or discrepancies
  • Support management with data-driven insights to optimize space, labor, and equipment utilization
  • Ensure reporting aligns with client-specific SLAs and quality requirements
  • Serve as the data-focused liaison for the customer, providing timely operational updates and reports
  • Assist in preparing for operational and business review meetings with key customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Data Analysis preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization
  • Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to extract and analyze operational data
  • Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheets for data reporting
  • English proficient
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the Supply Chain and Logistics industry
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines
  • Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures ranging from mild to moderate in warmer and colder months
  • Ability to work overtime as dictated by business needs
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 21–50 pounds
  • Ability to reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel
  • ESD / Composite Toe Boots required
