About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate forklifts to move and store materials
- Load and unload trucks according to the logistics plan and manager’s instructions
- Record inventory movements in the management system
- Verify materials with the inventory team
- Operate pallet jacks, hydraulic carts, and lift platforms
- Conduct daily forklift inspections, complete checklists, and report maintenance needs
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the equipment
- Report hazardous situations or irregularities to the supervisor
- Support order picking, load breakdown, and other warehouse activities
- Contribute to the organization and cleanliness of the work area by following the principles of the 5S program
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Operate forklifts in accordance with safety standards and protocols
- Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with the company’s internal procedures
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and complete checklists
- Record inventory movements in the management system
- Availability to work the second shift: 3:30 p.m. to 11:46 p.m., Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
