About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate ongoing transport service operations in the Dolny Śląsk region
- Ensure availability of required fleet capacity and optimal utilization of transport resources
- Ensure high-quality customer service through operational cooperation with carriers and couriers
- Resolve day-to-day customer operational issues in line with DSV quality standards
- Participate in the development of a Lean culture
- Operate TMS systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Identify quality and operational needs of internal and external customers
- Propose innovative solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Willingness to work in a three-shift system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
- Effective management of time, resources, and equipment
- Accountability for own actions and their outcomes
- Ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations
- Ability to communicate information promptly, clearly, and in an understandable manner
- Completed higher education in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field (nice to have)
- Previous experience working in the logistics industry (nice to have)
