About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle national and international customer inquiries within the assigned area
Receive, review, and initially process incoming customer orders
Conduct customs clearance inquiries and clarifications
Enter, maintain, and update customer data in the internal TMS
Support import and export customers throughout Europe, with a focus on the UK, France, Germany, and the Benelux region
Optimize the customer experience and build long-term customer relationships before, during, and after transportation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally, experience in freight forwarding
Proficient user of standard MS Office applications
Business-fluent German, both spoken and written
Business-fluent English, both spoken and written
Independent, responsible, and structured approach to work
Flexibility and enthusiasm for a constantly evolving environment
